When planning her wedding, it was important for Huyen to honor her Vietnamese family traditions, while also incorporating her modern lifestyle. Her and her fiancé’s vendors were carefully curated and each “understood the assignment” make this modern Vietnamese wedding come to life. Just look at the stunning florals by Babylon Floral! They still take our breath away.
For her beauty, we curated a bridal hairstyle that would accommodate her khăn đóng (headdress). The khăn đóng needed to be seamlessly removed later, without ruffling the hair. Her makeup was intentionally kept soft and natural, drawing emphasis on her gorgeous eyes and lips. Since all other aspects of the wedding oozed vibrancy, the makeup was neutral and clean.
